cup minced shallot or onion

ounces fresh white mushrooms quartered

cup beef broth
1/4
cup dry red wine

teaspoon chopped fresh thyme and dry leaves

boneless sirloin steaks, grilled 8 ounces each |

DIRECTIONS
In
a medium skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add shallot;
cook and stir until soft, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook
and stir until barley tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in beef
broth wine, and thyme. n Turn heat o high; cook, stirring
occasionally, to blend flavors, about 4 minutes. Spoon sauce
over steaks and serve immediately.
