environment year round, providing consistent quality.

Moonlight® Mushrooms are harvested directly into the individual 8 ounce
packages, this "Direct Harvesting" helps to eliminate
excessive handling and bruising of the mushrooms.

Moonlight® Mushrooms are packaged in colorful trays that are
environmentally friendly, then individually check weighed, stretch
wrapped with specially designed printed mushroom film.

Moonlight® Mushrooms are vacuum cooled to a temperature of about
34° F and prepared for shipping.

Moonlight® Mushrooms are relatively clean, but it is suggested that the
end user inspect and wash them before using.

Fresh Moonlight® Mushrooms are low in calories; fat-free;
cholesterol-free and sodium-free. In addition, they are high in
riboflavin and contain as much fiber as a serving of lettuce. They are
also a good source of niacin, pantothenate and copper.
